You acknowledge that Trendie IP is protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users must not reproduce, repackage, reuse, or adapt any part of the Trendie IP—including simulation tools, training sequences, or resource documents—for use in other educational platforms, internal systems, or commercial offerings.

3. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Trendie solely for educational purposes, according to your subscription or licensing agreement.

This licence is granted only to the subscribing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and does not extend to any affiliates, subsidiaries, third-party providers, or external trainers without explicit written consent.

You must not:
•    Replicate, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of Trendie IP without explicit written permission.
•    Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or internal logic from the platform.
•    Create derivative works based upon Trendie IP.

4. User Interface (UI) and Design Protection
The unique UI design, visual arrangement, simulation workflows, icons, dashboards, navigation flow, and platform presentation are protected under Australian registered design laws and copyright.

Screenshots, layouts, navigation logic, and display sequencing are considered proprietary assets. Copying, imitating, reproducing, or distributing Trendie’s UI, visuals, or designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.

5. User Content and Responsibilities
Users may upload or submit content (“User Content”) to Trendie as part of simulations or assessments. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Trendie a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to store, use, and display this content within the platform for educational and operational purposes.

You must ensure that User Content:
•    Does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
•    Is accurate, legal, and appropriate for educational contexts.

Trendie reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that compromises the originality or integrity of its services.

6. Confidentiality and Security
You agree to keep your login details confidential and not share your access credentials. Any breach of this obligation may result in termination of your access.

7. Subscription and Licensing
Access to Trendie’s content and platform is provided under specific subscription or licensing agreements. Usage outside agreed terms, including unauthorised sharing or distribution, will result in termination and potential legal action.

8. Liability and Indemnity
Trendie.com.au is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use Trendie.

You agree to indemnify and hold Trendie harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms.

9. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of Trendie signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
